The TL 8525 is LVD’s next generation tube laser cutting machine. Designed from the ground up, it comes equipped with a number of high-performance features to optimize tube cutting for even the most complex of applications. Built for high productivity, the TL 8525 has a large 8500 mm infeed length and can process tubes up to 250 mm round or square with a maximum part length of 3000 mm. A 400 mm Z-axis permits the cutting of larger profiles. To provide versatility for the widest range of use, the TL 8525 is equipped with key features typically offered as options on comparable machines. Standard machine features include a 45-degree 3D tilt-axis cutting head for beveling, 6-position front loader, and a wide X-axis cutting head range of 1190 mm to maximize material usage. The TL 8525 has a compact footprint and offers the advantage of accessibility on all sides. Because loading/unloading is handled on one side, the machine can fit in a small space or against a wall.

LVD introduces the Strippit V30 1550, a heavy-duty 30-metric ton turret punch press featuring a 5-meter X-axis. With an exceptionally long X-axis, the Strippit V30 1550 is the only punching machine of its kind engineered to allow the processing of worksheets up to 5080 mm by 1524 mm without multiple sheet repositions, excessive sheet handling or extra shearing operations. By reducing non-value part handling time, punching and forming operations are more productive and cost efficient. The ability to process a large sheet size also reduces welding and other secondary tasks, decreasing the cost per part. A rack and pinion design delivers precise motion and rigidity over the full length of the 5-meter axis. The X-axis traverse speed is efficient at 3150 IPM (80 m/min) with a combined axis traverse speed of 4095 IPM (104 m/min). The Strippit V30 1550 is designed for continuous, productive punching and forming.

CADMAN® v8.7 is the latest update of LVD’s comprehensive software suite. CADMAN v8.7 introduces several key features, including the ability to integrate foreign operations such as tapping, chamfering, painting, and other secondary processes, as well as updates across all modules of its software suite for: CADMAN-JOB (Manufacturing Execution System), CADMAN-SDI (Smart Drawing Importer), CADMAN-P (punching), CADMAN-L (laser cutting), CADMAN-B (bending) and Touch-i4 (sort and validate). CADMAN v8.7 can now manage the complete sheet metal production process without the need for an ERP system, making it a practical solution for many businesses. The LVD CADMAN® software suite advances automated production, machine-to-machine communication and intelligent process chains to optimize the sheet metal fabrication process, simplify the “art to part” flow, and make smart manufacturing possible.
