Jinggong provided the surface plates are stored and supported correctly, subsequent distortion of the plate surface is eliminated due to the various finishing stages. Jinggong Cast Iron Base Plates is widely used in machining, tool shop, machine (the seizure) repair workshop, large equipment base, measuring rooms and precision machining of the inspection, measurement and grinding, and can accurately measure, test workpiece flatness, straightness and tolerance of the angle. The flatness of top surface varied from DIN876/0, DIN876/I, DIN876/II to DIN876/III. The raw material is high-strength cast iron GG20-GG30 (HT200-HT300), and the hardness is HB170-240.

Jinggong Angle Plates with a box-shaped cast design are required for almost all boring and milling machines to fix workpieces in a vertical position. The clamping surfaces of the standard cast iron angle plates have been machined in accordance with DIN 876 standard and provided with T-slots in accordance with DIN 650. The sizes and dimensions of the cast iron angle plates and the T-slots can be varied according to your requirements. The large and heavy angle plates can also be supplied in several sections. These can then be arranged in either a vertical or horizontal row to obtain the highest or widest possible clamping surface.

Jinggong Box Tables is made from high-strength grey cast iron with cast clamp slots, which allows very high loading and is suitable for use on radial drills or similar machines. The clamping surfaces are exactly machined to DIN 876/111, II or I flatness accuracy. The working surfaces have T-slots to DIN 650 on request.

Jinggong straightening plates are made from a special cast iron / steel alloy giving an exceptional strength and durability. The top surface of the plate is planed or milled. The size range is from 500mm*500mm to 3000mm*8000mm. Larger one can be made according to the drawing.
