Calypso Cosmetics was established in 1994 and started the activity of eye and lip make-up felt tip pens contract manufacturing in 2005 benefiting of 20 years of experience of his founder in the field of cosmetics. We benefit of modern and clean room facilities, full automatic filling, assembly, coding and labelling line, hot stamping printing, foil transfer printing as well as experts in formulation and safety assessment. We offer a range of formulation and colours. Our product range is made of a felt tip pen, a free ink cartridge pen (brush or eyebrow applicator) and a unique dip liner. We have just developed a new black mat waterproof formula!

Calypso war mehrere Jahre lang bestrebt, zusätzlich zu seiner Filzstift-Produktpalette, einen Stift mit einer flüssigen Tintenpatrone und einem Pinselapplikator zu entwickeln. Mehrere asiatische Hersteller bieten es an, aber es gab keine europäische Lösung. Diese Art von Produkt besteht aus vielen Teilen, was den hohen Preis erklärt. Darüber hinaus erfordert es ein umfassendes Verständnis der Tinten, da es im Gegensatz zu Filzstiften, keine natürliche Kapillarität bietet. Es neigt daher zur Entladung. Nachdem wir mehrere Verpackungen intensiv getestet hatten, fanden wir eine, die uns vollkommen zufriedenstellte. Deshalb haben wir uns 2019 entschlossen, eine automatische Konditionierungsmaschine für diesen Stift zu bauen. Die Produktion begann im Frühjahr 2020 mit einer Million Stück, die bereits im ersten Jahr produziert wurden. Dieser Stift, auch "brush pen" genannt, kann mit verschiedenen Bürstentypen (spitz oder oval), aber auch mit einem Filzstiftapplikator.

For several years, Calypso sought to develop a pen with a liquid ink cartridge and a brush applicator in addition to its felt-tip pen product range. Several Asian manufacturers offered it but there was no European solution available. This type of product is made up of many parts, which explains its high price. In addition, it requires a great understanding of inks because it does not offer natural capillarity unlike felt-tip pens. It therefore tends to discharge. After intensively testing several packaging, we ended up finding one that gave us complete satisfaction. So, in 2019, we decided to build an automatic conditioning machine for this pen. Production began in the spring of 2020, with one million pieces produced this very first year. This pen, also named "brush pen", can be supplied with different types of brushes (pointed or oval) but also with a felt-tip applicator in the shape of a four-branched fork for the eyebrows.

Depuis plusieurs années Calypso cherchait à développer un stylo avec cartouche d’encre libre et applicateur pinceau en complément de ses stylos feutres. Plusieurs fabricants asiatiques le proposent mais on ne trouvait pas de fabricant européen. Ce type de produit est composé de nombreuses pièces, ce qui explique son prix élevé. Et il nécessite une grande maîtrise des encres car il n’offre pas de capillarité naturelle contrairement aux feutres. Il a donc tendance à décharger. Après avoir testé plusieurs packagings, nous avons fini par en trouver un qui nous donnait entière satisfaction. Nous avons donc décidé en 2019 de faire construire une machine de conditionnement automatique pour ce stylo. La production a débuté au printemps 2020, avec un million de pièces réalisées cette année. Ce stylo, aussi appelé « brush pen », peut être fourni avec différents types de pinceaux (pointus ou ovales) mais aussi avec un applicateur feutre en forme de fourche à quatre branche pour les sourcils.
