Jinggong Cast Iron T-slot Table is made from high-strength grey cast iron. These plates offer flexible universal clamping possibilities for all types of work pieces. The number and shape of the ribs can be adjusted to suit the specified loading requirements. The size of the T-slots in the plates is determined by the customer’s requirements in strength, tensile and compression.

Jinggong Cast Iron Base Plates is widely used in machining, tool shop, machine (the seizure) repair workshop, large equipment base, measuring rooms and precision machining of the inspection, measurement and grinding, and can accurately measure, test workpiece flatness, straightness and tolerance of the angle. The flatness of top surface varied from DIN876/0, DIN876/I, DIN876/II to DIN876/III. The raw material is high-strength cast iron GG20-GG30 (HT200-HT300), and the hardness is HB170-240.
